I have been horribly slack in posting lately.  It isn't because I don't love you.  I have been overseas and subsequently dealing with the fun sort of complications in life that always seem to happen at the most inconvenient time.

I'm taking my own advice and taking life slowly.  I will be back shortly (with a new improved layout) but in the meantime feel free to have a chat to me on twitter.
